Badge Cafe is brilliant at bringing together people from different parts of our organisation in a spirit of shared creation, appreciation and discovery.

The benefits are hugely multiplied by doing this across an extended period – that’s why we bring them in for six-week runs several times a year.”

Dr Matthew Morrison, director of community engagement, University of Westminster

In educational settings, our fun, accessible, clearly structured hangouts enable active learning, embodied creativity and new discoveries and connections.

They support student and staff wellbeing by enabling relaxation and low-stakes socialising. And they forge connections within and between groups and parts of an organisation.

At conferences, they enable ice-breaking, alternative forms of knowledge exchange and idea generation, plus breakout or quiet space.

We can adapt our hangouts for different themes, audiences and scales.

Our partners include Imperial College London, King’s College London, Queen Mary University of London, University of Cambridge, University College London, University of East Anglia, University of Portsmouth, University of Southampton, University of West London and University of Westminster.
